Prominent U.S. food processor with 6 production facilities in 3 states has invested in a 12m Infrabaker Oven.
Our new U.S. customer provides a wide assortment of raw and fully cooked pork and turkey bacon products, as well as bacon bits and chips, servicing the global market.
‘Capitalizing on the changing food industry’ is their main goal.
We are convinced that the many advantages of the infrared technology (high yields, optimal use of energy, an oil-free cooking process, high flexibility and constant product quality) will make a positive contribution in obtaining their goal.
